You can define teams (groups of people) and allow them limited access to the system (e.g. only employees who work in the “Minden” location may see the system – but only if they do not belong to management level E1 or E2).
Managers can only see from their subordinated employees which corporate (not personal) actions are planned. They do not see minutes of meetings etc.
